Learning
A. In Person
Visit a TM Center for 1.5 hours on 4 consecutive days to learn TM.
B. Hybrid
Visit an MT Center once, then continue at home and online.
The course runs for 4 consecutive days in 90 min sessions each day. The first session is always face-to-face and individual. The next 3 sessions are group sessions, and in addition to the face-to-face mode you can do them through a customized app with the MT digital course and the daily support of your teacher.
The TM course is totally personalized.
Day 1:
Personal Transcendental Meditation instruction in your province (90 minutes) at your convenience.
Days 2 to 4:
Three 90-minute experience verification sessions, both face-to-face and through the TM app in small groups.
These sessions include the knowledge of the day, experience forms and group practice of Transcendental Meditation.
Follow-up
Once you have completed the course, you will have acquired all the necessary knowledge to meditate correctly and become totally self-sufficient.
However, we recommend that you attend as many awareness and meditation sessions as available to deepen your experiences and expand your knowledge.
