The recommended daily dose (2 tablets) contains the following ingredients:
Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) 540 mg. Aqueous extract of: Terminalia arjuna 454 mg. Emblica officinalis (Amalaki) 265 mg, Cyperus scariosus 94 mg, Boerhaavia diffusa 94 mg. Gum arabic thickener. Aqueous extract of: Solanum xanthocarpum 46 mg, Gmelina arborea 43 mg, Uraria picta 34 mg, Tribulus terrestris 31 mg. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose coating agent. Ocimum basilicum (Tulsi) 28 mg. Aqueous extract of: Premna integrifolia 28 mg, Oroxylum indicum 25 mg, Solanum indicum 22 mg. Silica releasing agent, Amomum subulatum 19 mg, Piper nigrum (black pepper) 19 mg, Piper longum (Pippali) 19 mg, Zingiber officinale (ginger) 19 mg, Agate 19 mg, Pearl 19 mg, Myristica fragrans, Aril (mace) 19 mg, Myristica fragrans (nutmeg) 19 mg. Aqueous extract of: Desmodium gangeticum 17 mg, Stereospermum suaveolens 8 mg, Aegle marmelos 7 mg.
Posology:
1 tablet twice daily with warm water, on an empty stomach, or wait 1 hour after a full meal.
