You are 2 steps away from learning Transcendental Meditation. TM is a technique, practiced effortlessly, to “recharge the mind and body” and create a more positive and joyful state of mind. Attend a free Introductory and Preparatory talk with a certified TM teacher. The next talk will be on Wednesday 8pm via videoconference with Zoom, you only need internet. 2. Take the TM course Day 1: Interview and Personal Transcendental Meditation Instruction at a time to be agreed with each participant 1-2 h. Appointments available in the morning and afternoon. Please confirm your preference for this individual session. The rest of the seminars are held in small groups with an approximate duration of two hours at a time to be agreed upon. Day 2: Mechanisms and Correct Practice of TM Day 3: Effects of TM on Mind and Body Day 4: Development of Higher States of Consciousness with TM The times and dates can be arranged at your convenience.
